Coming next to the stage is the little costal queen that’s bound to make you scream! Get your dollars out because we are talking about the Pacific harbor seal!

Sleek and stylish you can find these divas in their signature “banana-like” pose of rocks, reefs beaches in glacial ice 🥶 when they aren’t posing they can be found ducky walking all over town! (Well basically ok? Their pelvic bones are fused so they can’t move their hind flippers to walk like a sea lion) so how do they get around on land? They bounce all the way there 😘

While we are specifically looking at the Pacific Harbor seal in this post, harbor seals in general can live as far north as Alaska and as far south as Mexico honey!

Just like some of yall in the green room with those Amazon corsets 👀 (no shade I have one 😭) harbor seals are threatened by entanglement from things like fishing gear, if they get wrapped up in that it’s game over 😭 they are also threatened by habitat degradation, chemicals, boat collisions AND BEING HARASSED BY PEOPLE! And YES touching them is harassment girl, consent is sexy and MANDATORY 😤
