The Bird Days of Summer: Drag Me Outside Birding! – Accessible Outing

Expect raunchy puns, an incredible array of very specific bird facts, and an inclusive community culture. First-time birders and seasoned birders are welcomed alike, no experience needed. We encourage folks to participate as your authentic selves and to dress however you choose to express yourselves. The egrets will surely be thrilled to see you drag (or walk or roll) yourself outside!

This event is especially reserved for folks who identify as gender-nonconforming, having disabilities, neurodivergence, and/or chronic illnesses. We believe in providing information and tools to empower our community members with diverse access considerations to feel belonging in the natural world.
